Prices

Payment is due on 20th of the month, following invoice. We will notify all regular customers in advance of any product price change by email, however alloy prices will fluctuate to reflect normal market values.

Please ask about our Customer Loyalty Scheme, which includes one unconditional remake per month on our non-precious PFM crowns. This is subject to a minimum purchase of 15 units a month.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Quality is our priority. We will contact you immediately with any impression issues. This could have a direct effect on your delivery time.
  2. A surcharge will be applied to any statement not paid on time and further work must be paid for before delivery. A $60.00 minimum will be charged on all returned cheques.
  3. Precious alloys will be charged at standard market rates.
  4. We do not give cash refunds for prosthesis once made.
  5. Hauraki Smiles comply with MHRA regulations and provide only CE marked products.
  6. 5 year guarantee – Crown & bridge work completed by Hauraki Smiles  will be warranted for replacement for a 5 year period from the date of invoicing. Proof of purchase will be required as well as the remaining crown structure for analysis. When the Laboratory has notified the client of a potential problem and is given authority to proceed, then the re-manufacture is not covered under this limited warranty. All-ceramic prostheses are not covered under this guarantee.
  7. The client is responsible for any additional costs or charges incurred through changing prescriptions or delivery dates after the work has been accepted.
  8. All items supplied remain the property of Hauraki Smiles until payment is received.
  9. Appliances are constructed to the prescription and the laboratory is not responsible for its suitability in the oral environment.
  10. By fitting the appliance, the client accepts that the product complies to the client’s prescription. By sending us work clients are accepting these terms and conditions.
  11. Hauraki Smiles oversees the fabrication of products. Our service includes:
    Ensuring products comply with MHRA regulations
    –  Training technicians to your requirements
    –  Endeavour to Comply to a 14 working day turn-around from receipt of job. In complicated cases this may be extended.
  12. Hauraki Smiles cannot be held responsible for work not received in our office. If you are sending us implant attachments or other valuable items, we suggest you send it by Signature Required.
  13. By sending us work clients are accepting these terms conditions.
